Q01What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00. Late check-out available as an add-on (+30,000 KRW).
Q02What is the refund policy?
100% refund 7 days before / 70% at 5 / 50% at 3 / 0% at 1 day or day-of.
Q03Are pets allowed?
The villa does not allow pets at this time.
Q04When is the outdoor pool available?
The newly built outdoor pool (2026) is open from May through October, 09:00–21:00. Stepped depth keeps it safe for families and children; lounge chairs and a parasol are provided.
Q05How does the BBQ work?
Grill, charcoal, and tools provided when BBQ option is added (+30,000 KRW). Pickup from Gapyeong market available.
Q06Is the jacuzzi open year-round?
Yes. The villa's private outdoor jacuzzi runs year-round. Winter dips are best after sunset.
Q07Is there a shuttle service?
Free pickup from Gapyeong Station with advance request. Otherwise drive or taxi.
